Friendly reception staff made check-in easy.
The room was poorly lit and lacked mirrors. The shower flooded. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom that detracted from the overall experience.

I had an excellent stay and can't wait to go back, thanks very much. Fairly clean and wonderful hotel with marvellous and lovely location close to great dinner options in town, just what I needed. I liked coffee and tea available, too. Location: the property was adjacent to a lake in the resort, the centre of Batemans Bay and the "cocktail bar".

I found my stay quite enjoyable, especially with the clean, spacious rooms and the fantastic lake view with a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Plus, being just a short walk from surfside beach and the beautiful Clyde River National Park made my weekend strolls nice.

A nice hotel, close to Batemans Bay.
No microwave in room, $30 to hire, I have a young baby so a microwave is pretty important. Wifi was weak and hard o connect at times.

Overall staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious. The location was perfect, couldn't hear the highway. The facilities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus. Room service was available and rooms were serviced daily.

Large spacious room overlooking a small lake. Very well situated, everything easily accessible.

Shower screen leaked so first nite everything on bathroom floor got wet.
